Our apartment accommodates up to two guests and is ideal for a romantic getaway, or a serene escape with a friend. The property is tastefully decorated with a blend of modern amenities and a touch of Mediterranean charm.

A two-story building with a pretty flowerful patio leading into the kitchen and dining area, wooden stairs take you up to the sitting area which has a spectacular sea view across the bay of Paleokastritsa. It has two sofas, one of which can be opened out, a bathroom with shower room and the bedroom with two single beds which can be made into king size double (coco mat top mattresses).

The entrance to the apartment is accessed via a set of stairs from the main road. It's important to consider this factor, especially for guests with mobility challenges. Situated in the heart of Paleokastritsa, our apartment offers proximity to different tavernas, inviting beaches, and all kind of shops, all within walking distance. This central location ensures easy exploration of the local delights that Paleokastritsa has to offer. We want to make sure your stay in our apartment is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

My little peace of heaven!

The villa is great, the garden is absolutely amazing and the owners are simply wonderful! It is our favorite place in the world to rest and relax, so we spend at least two weeks a year at Villa Yiannis. If you are in the garden around 5 p.m., you can hear the birds singing - the feeling is just amazing! And the view is breathtaking.

This villa is incredible, the owners are wonderful people and the view of the bay is idyllic from this location. It is the perfect place to be with easy walking distance to most beaches, bars, shops and wonderful restaurants!! The people in this area are very friendly in our experience.
